Charlie Rowan has worked in North Plainfield School District since 2008. Charlie was a social studies teacher of eight years before moving into administration. Charlie is currently the High School Assistant Principal and District Supervisor of Social Studies. One of Charlie’s main responsibilities is the master schedule of the high school. The high school is comprised of 1100 students with over 350 courses. Over the last two years, Charlie has helped with the master schedule of an elementary school, the intermediate school, and the middle school.

Dan Kushner has worked in Middletown School District since 2021, as Supervisor of Science, Technology, and Engineering. Prior to North Plainfield, Dan worked in North Plainfield, Perth Amboy, as well as Pearl River in Rockland County, NY. Dan assists Charlie with the master schedule in the high school included special academic programs

Prior to North Plainfield, Dan worked in North Plainfield, Perth Amboy, as well as Pearl River in Rockland County, NY. Dan assists Charlie with the master schedule in the high school included special academic programs like the STEM Academies and CTE pathways. He has also spent time with administrators in the K-8 grades streamlining their scheduling process.
